Welcome to my blog. I am a struggling writer. Not ‘struggling’ in the sense that I want to become all rich and famous as a writer, but ‘struggling’ in the sense that it’s almost always an uphill task getting my ‘bahaind’ to write something… anything. Please don’t think I’m lazy (oh well, maybe I am..). It could be writers’ block.. only that mine might decide to happen all year round. LOL. *sigh*
I don’t have any huge plans for this blog. I’m just here to write. Hopefully I don’t bore you to death.
I’m good at telling stories. However, I suck at making them up, so 90% of every narrative you’ll see here, is probably a true story mixed with fiction.
Please, please, please leave comments. 🙂
Many people have asked me the meaning of Etana.
It is of Swahili origin. It means “The Strong One”. I like to think of myself as that. I actually picked it off a certain Jamaican female gospel artist, who plays the guitar (and a couple other instruments) and sings beautifully.
And people, it’s pronounced a, b, c, d, etana.
